Raj is a keen yogi as well as a holistic nutritionist all the way from Sydney, Australia. She first started practicing yoga after a very average break up in 2008 and quickly discovered that the correlation of breath and movement had some pretty powerful side effects. After several years of practice, Raj decided to do an official 200hr training in Byron Bay, Australia. She has studied under mentors in both Sydney and New York and continues to learn and practice the profound insights that yoga provides. Her sequences are designed to drop you into your body at a deeper level. Expect rhythmic movement, longer holds and intentional transitions as well as fun tunes and a lot of breath awareness.
