Marissa Maislen

A native to the Northwest, Marissa was first introduced to yoga while studying Dance at NYU. After several trainings at Laughing Lotus, Marissa married the world of dance with yoga, building a strong focus on body alignment with an overarching theme of inner freedom and breath connection. Through subtle sequencing and chakra-inspired themes, a deeper awareness of breath and body are revealed. When not practicing in the studio, you can find her in the mountains rock climbing!
