I first got into yoga in my early twenties as it made me feel happy and light. Deeply touched and fascinated by the physical and mental transformations yoga had on me, yoga soon became my lifestyle as well as life philosophy. In 2011, as I moved to New York from Denmark, I decided to leave the advertising industry behind and become a yoga instructor. Here, my hope was to move my students toward positive transformations discovering their true essence in a free body with a clear mind. This is still my intention - also for myself. In my classes I love to teach a creative, breath- and alignment focused vinyasa flow.
I’m furthermore a certified pre-& postnatal yoga instructor with additional training from OmBaby. Being a mother of two I know first hand what yoga can do to achy, tired pregnant gal and a stressed out mom. I therefore strive not only to enhance the mother-infant bond, but also give space for the mom and soon-to-be mom to reconnect and prepare for the life ahead in a supportive and natural environment.
I hope to practice with you!
